Where do you provide inspections?
Our main coverage is Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Inspections in other states can be arranged with additional transport charges, quoted case by case.
Is water ponding the same as waterproofing?
No. A water ponding test checks water flow and drainage performance. Waterproofing testing is a separate scope included in the Comprehensive package.
What do I need to arrange for Comprehensive Inspection?
You hand over the key and collect it after 2 days. An inspection of the unit below is required on the same day, so access must be coordinated in advance. Contact us to confirm the arrangements.
What is included in the inspection report?
Your deliverables include a professional defect report in PDF or app submission, photo documentation and developer submission support guidance. Soft-copy reporting or app submission is provided within 48 hours.
How is the area calculated for landed properties?
The area includes the car porch, backyard and built-in area. Share the property details with us so we can confirm the scope and quotation.
Are follow-up visits and report changes included?
The quoted inspection covers one visit. A separate revisit caused by customer arrangements, a second inspection, or a second report revision carries an additional charge. We’ll confirm the applicable terms before you proceed.
